Return Policy for Bicycles and Merchandise

Bicycles & Components: All sales of bicycles and certain components like wheels are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. 

Please reach out to us via shop@monteecycling.com before purchasing an item in these categories if you have any questions.

Other Merchandise: U.S. customers can receive a store credit for all other merchandise as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of receipt.
  • The item is in unworn/unused condition with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • For online orders delivered to a U.S. address, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the safe delivery of the item back to Montée Cycling.

International Orders: All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:
To initiate a return (for eligible items), log into your account and use the self-service returns feature on our website. Once your return is accepted, received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval for a store credit.

Order Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue so we can address the situation appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale and special order items are also final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the store credit approval. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit on your Montée Cycling store account.
